The Elephant Sanctuary Hosts a Back-to-School Celebration!

The first 15 families to visit The Elephant Discovery Center in downtown Hohenwald on July 20th will receive an exclusive free tote bag filled with goodies to ease their back-to-school shopping and enhance their visit to the center.
Hohenwald, TN - As part of the ongoing commitment to education and community engagement, The Elephant Sanctuary is thrilled to invite you to our upcoming ‘Third Saturday’ event on July 20th at 11 a.m., at The Elephant Discovery Center in downtown Hohenwald, Tennessee. Each month, The Sanctuary’s Discovery Center hosts a variety of educational and entertaining events that are free and open to all ages, held on the “Third Saturday” from now through December.
As summer break winds down in Middle Tennessee, The Sanctuary is excited to turn the July event into a back-to-school celebration! The first 15 families to visit The Elephant Discovery Center on July 20th will receive an exclusive free tote bag filled with goodies to ease their back-to-school shopping and enhance their visit to our center. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a seasoned guest, this is a wonderful opportunity to explore the world of elephants and prepare for the upcoming school year.
The Elephant Sanctuary takes pride in being an integral part of the Hohenwald community. For over 20 years, The Sanctuary has supported the local adopt-a-class program, provided volunteer opportunities for high school students, and actively participated in various community organizations and leadership boards. The Sanctuary looks forward to welcoming you and your family to The Elephant Discovery Center, located at 27 East Main Street, Hohenwald, Tennessee, on July 20th at 11 a.m., for a day of learning, fun, and community spirit.
The elephant habitats are closed to the public. There will be no viewing or interaction with the elephants at The Discovery Center. Learn more about the activities and offerings for each month at elephants.com!

Located on 3,060 acres in Hohenwald, Tennessee, The Elephant Sanctuary is the nation’s largest natural-habitat refuge developed specifically for Asian and African elephants.
